Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport, El Paso

The hotel had a few highlights like spacious rooms with a couch and comfy chair, but the location being more like an upgraded motel was a letdown. The service was generally excellent, although marred by an unusual experience with one staff member. The pool area was inviting, but the lack of in-room dining was a disappointment.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a nice workout center and indoor pool. The staff was efficient but the service could be better, especially during busy hours. The location was excellent with easy access to various restaurants, though some requests were not fulfilled promptly. The dining experience was quick and tasty but lacked variety. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay overall.

My stay at this Radisson hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was very nice despite being a bit outdated, and I had the chance to attend a large Christmas party which added to the festive atmosphere. However, the downside was that there was no breakfast included in the price, and I felt it was quite far away from the usual Radisson high standard and quality I expected.
